About

Hi, I'm Albert Deutou Ngodji, but most people know me as Swatch or Geekkmr.

I'm a Senior Software Engineer based in Germany, where I design and build backend systems for the industrial and logistics sector. By day, I work on internal platforms that keep large-scale operations running smoothly. By night, and on weekends, I build things that matter to me: SaaS products, open-source tools, and the occasional hackathon project that turns into something real.

This blog is where I document what I learn along the way.

I write about backend engineering, AI, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure. The kind of practical, production-tested lessons you don't always find in official docs. No fluff, no theory for theory's sake. Just what worked, what broke, and what I'd do differently next time.

Outside of code, I'm currently working on StrokeFlow, a B2B SaaS platform helping hospitals monitor stroke care KPIs, and I recently competed as a Challenge Owner at the GovTech Hackathon 2026 in Switzerland, where my team and i built a predictive system for hospital emergency department peaks using open government data.
